Cyrus Jilla
Group Managing Partner at B-FlexionCyrus joined B-FLEXION (or Waypoint, as then was) as a Partner in March 2020, with a remit to expand the company’s existing businesses and to partner with others to grow or create new asset managers. Prior to joining B-FLEXION, Cyrus was, most recently, a President and Officer at FIL (Fidelity International Limited), the parent of the global asset management business, where he had primary responsibility for FIL’s proprietary investments. Earlier in his career Cyrus was Managing Partner at Bain & Company, London. He has been a Board Director of numerous companies, including COFRA A.G., Colt Telecom, and Element Six Group. Cyrus began his career at Schroders plc having studied medicine at the University of London.
Sandro Näf
Co-Founder, CEO & Portfolio manager of Capital FourSandro is the CEO and Co-founder of Capital Four, an industry-leading asset management firm in Copenhagen, Denmark. Sandro co-founded Capital Four in 2007 and is a Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Committee for Private Debt, Leveraged Loans, and High Yield. Prior to Capital Four, Sandro was at Nordea Investment Management, where he was responsible for the European High Yield business, which he initiated in 1999. Moreover, Sandro has had various roles at Credit Suisse in New York, London and Zürich in various roles in Fixed Income and Corporate Finance/M&A.
Laust Johan Johnsen
CEO of Friheden Invest A/SLaust is the CEO of Friheden Invest, a family office founded by the owner and founder of one of the largest fashion companies in Scandinavia. Laust has a strong track record in investments and previously worked at Capital Four, where he held various positions, including head of trading, interim chief operating officer overseeing the investment operations team, as well as a portfolio manager on the investment committee. Laust joined Capital Four its inception in 2007 and has before that worked at Nordea Investment Management.
Teis Knuthsen
Chief Investment Officer at Kirk KapitalTeis Knuthsen har siden foråret 2018 været investeringsdirektør hos Kirk Kapital A/S. Udover en ivrig finansiel debattør, har han siden 2014 været tilknyttet som underviser ved CBS indenfor portfolio management, ESG og risikofaktorer. Før Kirk Kapital kommer han fra flere ledende stillinger hos bl.a. Saxo Privatbank, Nykredit Asset Management, Danske Bank, SEB Merchant Banking og First Chicago Capital Markets. Alle hans jobpositioner er indenfor områderne Asset Allocation, FX, Fixed Income, strategi og analyse. Teis Knuthsen er uddannet Cand. Polit. i 1991 fra Københavns Universitet.
