Additionally, Reema has industry experience as the Asset Management Chief Operating Officer of Phoenix Group, the FTSE 100 insurer, where she was responsible for building out the operations for the private assets business and held a regulated role.
Paul Hutchinson
Managing Director and Partner of BCG XPaul is Managing Director and Partner at BCG X, the tech design and build unit of BCG. Paul started his career as a computer scientist and took and entrepreneurial path, founding a B2B SaaS business. Paul now leads BCG’s WealthTech work across London, Amsterdam and Brussels, which includes the use of technology to help both AMs and WMs differentiate. As a key contributor to BCG’s latest report, ‘AI and the Next Wave of Transformation’, Paul is able to provide a perspective on where AMs are currently investing in AI and GenAI technologies.

Notably, she spearheaded the creation of a virtual AI assistant for sales teams, improving decision-making processes and client engagement.
