Ella is rapidly advancing in her career, recently playing a key role in transforming the equities division through the development of a proprietary sustainability-focused GenAI tool. Her deep understanding of the investment process, combined with her swift adaptability to the potential of GenAI, has positioned her as an integral part of a team delivering one of the division's most innovative projects to date.

Kurt Kara is the head of Global Value Equities at the Danish asset management company Maj Invest. He has been head of the value team since 2005, when Maj Invest Global Value Equities was founded. Prior to his position at Maj Invest, Kurt was both equity fund manager and global equity strategist at Danske Bank, for a total tenure of 5 years. He has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen.
